Nice Tips.... can anyone suggest some nice places to see around Caracas? |

you can go to el Avila. its a mountain with a great view of the city, you can get there by a lift called over here teleferico.... over there its a place called Avila Magica "a theme park" theme with food, activities, ect., also theres a place for ice skating; you can also try some restaurants at Galipan wich is also a part of the Avila mountain, they can be expensive, but worth it, i recommend Casa Pakea or La Galipanier. Also outside of the city you can go to La Colonia Tovar, a german town, with a lot of good places to eat, do some horseback riding and enjoy a day in a more fresh weather, this is located going to el Junquito, A town like an hour away from Caracas..... Other places can be Altamira and la Castellana in the East Side of Caracas, you can go to the Centro San Ignacio for some shopping or at night to some of the clubs, i recommend 205 for some drinks to people in there 20s-30s. Also theres EL Hatillo, a colonial type town wheres you can get something to eat and spend the day walking..... Can think of more places right now, hope i was helpful

well you can go to el avila, avila magica, night places are good, la guaira, nice restaurants in los palos grandes, el hatillo, el junquito, etc... |
