Lisa ,this is the only country where you can travel alone to, its the most happiest country on this planet.........I tell ,people are so friendly.... If you make it there next year..you will never forget this country for your whole life.... |

In Vanuatu, people are friendly and they are all christian.

Hello!!!
Can anyone advise the best time to travel to Port Villa, weather wise as we like the beach.Looking at the breaks beach resort if anyone can recommend.

The best time for you to travel to Vanuatu would be around the month of November to December...this is summer in vanuatu,thats the time where there is nice sunshine. |

I agree with the sentiments of the peron who said Vanuatu is safe for travellers. However normal precautions for personal safety must be considered. The only problems I have evr heard of are with some taxi drivers. Since those complaints an accreditation sytem has been adopted and only those taxis should be used. The hotel will helps.
Travelwise weather there is a wet season ( Nov- March) and a dry season. But in fact it rains all year round with the wet season 3 times a day and the dry season about once a week. Anyway it is always warm even when it rains, |

Vanuatu is a unique country according to its tradition and culture. Apart from that, the people are so friendly and always welcome visitors with the greatest smile they have.
With the 83 islands, they have many to offers to visitors. Its better when you choose to travel to Vanuatu, better to visit other islands also rather than Efate. This is because you can experience and see the real colour of Vanuatu. |
