Taiwan is less advantaged in tourism than China or HK. Also I agree with you, there are much less western tourists in Taiwan. But it doesn`t make you feel more exotic ;) As far as I know, Taiwanese`s passion and friendliness impress westerns more than tourist things. |

I totally agree with what he said.
Taiwan's attractions are not only simply sceneries, food, fruit, but the most important is Taiwanese' hospitality, passion, and friendliness towards tourists! That's a pitty you didn't get down to the South Kaohsiung! It's a nice city to tour as well, we got ferry that you can take to Cijin Island which is located in KH City! British Consulate, Monkey Mountains, True Love Ship.....etc! Lots fun wait you to find out ~ Come! Travel to the island, it'll touch your heart! |

tapei 101 is great i agreed,
but i think there are some popular scenic spots you must go when you travel in taipei,
like Dan shui,Yangming mountain,....
& people here are really friendly, just like me...ha:)

if you have any questions about taiwan,
just feel free to ask me.
