Aruba: Travel Tips
Submitted by Anonymous on 2008-11-11 04:53:45 (via www.geographia.com)
Aruba is renowned for its white, sandy beaches on the western and southern coasts of the island, relatively sheltered from fierce ocean currents, and this is where most tourist development has taken place.

Steew beef/goat, Iguana Soup, Fried fish with platine, yellow flour cake or flat bread with thick onion and tomato sausa. A soup look a like kinda thick we call Yambo, it comes with chunks of fish. Southern small cucombers thick soup with pigs tail. we have a one of a kind simple fish soup called awa di playa, made with only fish potato's, tomato's, onions, some noodles with chicken flavored consome and our local aromatic plant (yerbi hole). Waw I'm hungry already.
But due that we are a multicoltural Island you will find any kind of meals in Aruba. I hope to have been of some service to you. Chris
